DÍA MUNDIAL DE LA ENERGÍA
Hoy 14 de febrero, además de ser el día de los enamorados conocido por todos, es el día MUNDIAL DE LA ENERGÍA, que se celebra desde el año 1949 con el objetivo de concienciar sobre la necesidad de ir a un modelo de energía sostenible que contribuya a la descarbonización de nuestro planeta.
El Colegio Entrenaranjos International School se suma al día Mundial de la Energía
Desde el Colegio Entrenaranjos International School nos unimos a la reflexión propuesta por este día siguiendo la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas y el ODS 7 que busca garantizar el acceso a una energía asequible, segura, sostenible y moderna para todos. Para ello, se hace necesario duplicar la tasa mundial de mejora de la eficiencia energética, así como aumentar sustancialmente el porcentaje de renovables en el mix energético.
Como colegio internacional en el que guiamos a nuestros niños y niñas a conocer la importancia de cuidar a nuestro planeta, realizamos a lo largo del curso actividades de explicación sobre el uso adecuado de los recursos energéticos y las posibilidades de recursos energéticos renovables para conseguir una energía más limpia.
Nos sumamos a la semana europea de la energía sostenible
Desde la Comisión Europea y para el impulso de la energía sostenible se celebra la semana de la Energía sostenible del 20 al 22 de junio bajo el tema ‘Acelerar la transición de energía limpia: hacia facturas más bajas y mayores habilidades’.
Siguiendo con las actuaciones de este año para dar a conocer a nuestros alumnos y entorno vamos a sumarnos con una acción en los Sustainable Energy Days, que son actividades y eventos organizados por entidades públicas o privadas locales en todo el mundo para promover la energía renovable y la eficiencia energética. Esta actividad en un entorno europeo posibilita a nuestros alumnos conocer y practicar soluciones y herramientas en un entorno bilingüe y a través de la digitalización estando presentes desde nuestro Colegio en Ribarroja en toda Europa.
WORLD ENERGY DAY

Entrenaranjos International School joins World Energy Day
From the Entrenaranjos International School we join the reflection proposed for this day following the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations and SDG 7 that seeks to guarantee access to affordable, safe, sustainable and modern energy for all. For this, it is necessary to double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency, as well as substantially increase the percentage of renewables in the energy mix.
As an international school in which we guide our children to know the importance of caring for our planet, we carry out throughout the course activities to explain the proper use of energy resources and the possibilities of renewable energy resources to achieve cleaner energy.
We join the European era of sustainable energy
From the European Commission and for the promotion of sustainable energy, the Sustainable Energy Week is celebrated from June 20 to 22 under the theme ‘Accelerating the clean energy transition: towards lower bills and greater skills’.
Continuing with this year’s actions to make our students and environment known, we will join with an action in the Sustainable Energy Days, which are activities and events organized by local public or private entities around the world to promote renewable energy and energy efficiency. This activity in a European environment allows our students to know and practice solutions and tools in a bilingual environment and through digitalization being present from our School in Riba-roja throughout Europe.
